The design team recognized the cultural shift from the traditional parent company to a more entrepreneurial, energetic business model that also highlights the organizations commitment to sustainability. An open concept plan was developed to support this philosophy.
The client’s paper provided an important inspiration — influencing texture, color, the choice of materials, screen elements, and lighting systems. Subtly changing carpet patterns, referencing the layering process of papermaking, flow throughout the space.
