sustainability in action.
The vision was to create space for collaboration around project work. With no private offices, nearly 50% of the total office area is allocated to general studio space. All individual workstations are organized around these spaces, with circulation purposely designed to increase awareness and dialogue between teams about the status and directions of different projects.
Carpet is used to define the conference zone of the office and is the only new floor finish in the renovated space. It contributes a strikingly modern element to the original raw architectural envelope.
