VOA’s design objectives were centered around supporting the core business objectives of the firm: reducing costs, reducing operational risk, providing flexibility, improving workflow, and attracting and retaining a high-quality workforce.

The design solution was a “smart building” that includes raised flooring, de-mountable walls, and a 120-degree furniture configuration.

Private offices were designed to allow maximum natural light and eliminate office hierarchy. The neutral floor palette employs bright accents to serve as wayfinding symbols and design elements.
