As creative director for Shaw Contract Group, Reesie Duncan guides the introduction of numerous award-winning collections. With a broad knowledge and understanding of design, Reesie directs our three product design studios. She is a regular speaker and presenter at NeoCon and at firms across the county. Reesie is a graduate of Auburn University.

Workplace

We can make your office stand out and create an impression while supporting your identity. Through participation in design organizations, studying trends and conducting research, we are members of the design community that specialize in corporate workplace design. The workplace environment values aesthetics in the design of space, as a motivator, an influencer, a challenger. High impact spaces seek visible beauty and quality product engineering.

Marcy Ewing leads our Workplace studio in creating beautiful and functional collections for the corporate office environment. She brings a background in custom design to the studio’s products, creating customizable and functional offerings. Under Marcy’s leadership, the Workplace studio introduced the Best of NeoCon winning Dressed to Kill collection. She is a graduate of Philadelphia University.

Law firms, investment banking firms and other groups desire a high-end office environment with coordinating finishes. Carpet adds to this impression of luxury. Beautiful design makes an impression. Shannon Crump directs the Professional Services studio as it introduces refined and sophisticated products to the corporate market. Her involvement in the research and development of L7, Silk and A Texture Study led to multiple product design recognitions. Shannon is active within the Color Marketing Group and is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Healthcare / Education

Healthcare and education environments look to the floor to provide aesthetics, safety, comfort, acoustical value and long-term return on investment. We understand the rigorous stresses of these unique environments. With backing systems like EcoWorx Performance Broadloom designed specifically for healthcare and education installations, our carpet provides moisture protection from spills and other contaminants. The studio introduced Graphic Nature in 2008 and earned a Best of NeoCon award in the Healthcare Textiles category.

Ashley Ginn leads our product introductions for the healthcare and education segments. Her experience working with Shaw Custom Design and our Workplace studio helps her to better understand the needs of our customers. Ashley is a graduate of Auburn University.
